This is the digital camera with an advanced autofocus system ideal for capturing sports action. With a fast shutter response time of less than 60 milliseconds, a contrast detection autofocus system that employs 35 points of focus, and an advanced image processor that shortens the black-out time between shots, it is ideal for capturing a shot on goal, a passing cyclist, or tennis serve; also optimal for moving subjects such as children or pets.
It comes with a removable M. Zuiko 12-42mm zoom lens that works in concert with the camera's 12.3 mp image sensor and built-in image stabilization to ensure color-rich, sharp still pictures that rival the quality of DSLR cameras. Its autofocus illuminator and ISO 12,800 exposure control ensure accurate pictures even in low-light conditions. Images are captured at a maximum 4032 x 3024 resolution in RAW or JPEG format and stored on any SDHC, SDXC, or UHS-1 memory card. Its 3" OLED touchscreen enables editing using built-in art filters for adding nuance to pictures. It also captures up to 29 minutes of 1080i high-definition video in either AVCHD or AVI format. Includes USB and video cable for downloading images or connecting to a television.
