iPad 3

iPad 3
It is quite obvious that with each iteration of the Apple products or for that matter any electronic device, the processing speeds will be bumped. The iPad 3 might be the first device equipped with the A6 processor which will be a quadcore processor. This means that the iPad 3 experience will be smooth and there will be a visible graphics upgrade as well. Seriously, combine the retina display with the A6 processor and you are already miles ahead of your competition.

As per the calculations, the display of the iPad 3 will be of 265 dots per inch (DPI) which is, in technical aspects, a lower quality than the iPhone 4S which has a 326 DPI. However, this might not consider as a critical drawback in the resolution when compared because the user will probably hold the iPad a bit further from their face.
It also rumored that the latest iPad 3 will be complete compatibility with the 3D graphics. Moreover, Apple also holds a patent for a special type of glasses-free 3D, but it is speculated that the feature of retina display will be more useful in attracting the buyers towards it.
