Samsung Galaxy S3 has been the most awaited Android smartphone, especially after the success of its predecessor, Galaxy S2. Samsung has not announced anything about its release date and the features. But several concept designs of Galaxy S3 are making their rounds on the Internet. All the designs are catching the attention of the tech fans who are excited about the upcoming Galaxy S3. But it is impossible to foretell whether Samsung would approve one of the concept designs into the manufacturing of Galaxy S3. Probably, the Samsung fans will have to wait to get on their hands on Galaxy S3.
Galaxy S3 is rumored to come out with a 1.8 GHz dual-core CPU with an Exynos 4212 chipset. It would ensure a better performance.

Galaxy S3 is expected to have a Super AMOLED Plus capacitive TouchWiz screen. It would have a resolution of 1280x720 pixels with 319 pixels per inch (ppi).

According to rumors, the smartphone would run on the latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS.

Galaxy S3 is expected to pack a 12-megapixel primary camera capable of an incredible video HD recording of 1080p. The camera would sport features like LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, touch-focus, face and smile detection and image stabilization. The device would also feature a secondary camera of 2-megapixel for video chat.

Speculations are rife that Galaxy S3 would come out with the 4G LTE and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. NFC would be useful in making mobile payments.

The smartphone is rumored to have an internal storage of 16/32/64GB. It would have a microSD, which is expandable up to 64GB.
