Lenovo revealed the K800 world’s first smartphone powered by the Intel at CES 2012.Lenovo K800 android smartphone lands in style at CES 2012 as first smartphone with Intel Inside.
The Lenovo K800 runs a skinned Android 2.3, although it will be upgraded to Android 4.0 later in the year. Other features are that it comes with 4-inch high-resolution LCD touch display, 8 MP camera with Dual LED flash in rear,Intel wireless display technology and has some regular features like Wifi,Bluetooth 3.0,HDMI-out,NFC,microUSB port and GPS connectivity and a 4.5-inch multitouch TFT screen. These specifications are fairly standard but what makes the K800 stand out is that it is the only phone in the world to run Intel's Medfield processor, which promises to be one of the most powerful processors available for smartphones.
The Intel Lenovo K800 release date and price have not been revealed yet, although the company is expected to launch the handset in China during Q2 2012.
