The world of netbooks has indeed turned nasty! Every company is busy launching netbooks which would outperform the other in some respect or the other. The last time I checked, Toshiba had launched the stunningly slim AC100 and Samsung was eying the top slot by launching products such as the N230, which boasted of a superior battery life. It seems companies have taken lesson out of that and this is the sole reason, that Acer has finally come up with the all new Acer Aspire One D255, which runs on Android as well as Windows 7.
Design and Feel
The Acer Aspire One D255 looks a lot different from the other models from the same Aspire One series. Like the other netbooks already available in the market, the model consists of an outer glossy body/lid and on the inner side lays the matte finish keyboard part of the netbook. The device does feel a bit plastic but has a solid body nonetheless. Although the look of the Acer Aspire One D255 is quite decent yet, it is not one of the best in the business (in same price range).
